Once you meet the suitability requirements and are ready to invest, contact one of our investment representatives. A Global Financial & Assets Investment Representative will advise you regarding the current California first trust deeds available for investment. You can then choose an investment that is right for you.

Next you will be sent escrow papers along with the Global Financial & Assets. loan servicing and disclosure agreements. Once the forms have been signed, you need only to return them to Vanguard along with a check for the investment agreed upon.

The offering is made through the Offering Circular. To request a circular, please contact us or toll free at 888-432-4621. After reading the Circular, we invite you to contact a Global Financial & Assets. investment representative. We will then discuss any questions you may have regarding our investment programs.

If you are ready to invest we will assist you in completing the following final steps of the investment process.

Sign the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF OFFERING CIRCULAR.

Sign the SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEY.

Send in a check made payable to “Global Financial & Assets Mortgage Investment, LLC” along with the original signed ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF OFFERING CIRCULAR and SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT AND POWER OF ATTORNEY to:
