Job Description: Residential loan officer position available with one of California's largest mortgage companies. Ideal candidate will have a proven experience in mortgage lending and/or related fields. Inside and outside sales opportunities available. Candidate must have one (1) year real estate mortgage experience with a proven sales track record, computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills. Current CA Real Estate License required.

Skills/Requirements: One (1) year real estate experience with a proven sales track record , computer proficiency and excellent customer service skills required. Meets with clients to assist with loan applications. Follow loan application through process by obtaining documentation, inputting information, running credit checks, communicating loan decisions and following-up on outstanding items. Utilize real estate systems for loan applications and pre-qualifications. Understand investor, mortgage insurance, and compliance guidelines as well as loan products in order to match client's needs with the appropriate programs.
